Word Processing - $30 CDN per hour

minimum charge of $30 for word processing

services billed in 1/4 hour increments after
1st hour

word processing covers all services with the
exception of
transcription, proofreading and resumes

materials are charged extra (labels,
envelopes)
Transcription -
19¢ per line
Proofreading - 15¢ per line
Resumes & Cover Letters - $40 for
2-page resume & cover
Student & Entry Level includes:

allow 3 business days for completion

2 revisions within 5 days of completion &
payment

1 hard copy and electronic file on floppy
disk or CD
-
$1 per extra paper copies black & white 24lb

you may supply preferred paper products if
delivered
Other Information

For projects I deem to be large, a
50% deposit may be
required before commencement.

Payment is due in full, prior to delivery of
completed project via
cash, certified cheque or PayPal.

All prices are in Canadian Funds.

If work supplied is illegible or difficult
to understand, visually or audibly,
additional fees will be added.

RUSH (to be completed within 24 hours) are
billed at $50 CDN per hour
and only accepted if capacity allows.

Final proofreading and accuracy of finished
product is the full responsibility of the client.

I provide estimates to the best of my
ability based on information provided by my clients. In the
unlikely event of a 50% difference from original estimate and the
projected actual invoice, clients will be notified ASAP and will have
the opportunity to re-negotiate or cancel the remainder of the project.
You will be invoiced for work completed.

When applicable,
shipping, postage, delivery & courier charges will be charged to your
invoice at my cost.
